Gemma Kulk, a phytoplankton physiologist from PML and project member, attended the symposium to present PRIMUS as an ESA-funded project that aims at advancing our existing understanding on the link between marine primary production and wind-forced upwelling in Atlantic EBUS. Her talk was entitled “ESA Atlantic Regional Initiative: Primary Production in Upwelling Systems (PRIMUS)”.
